Our 2023 Classic Frantoio is a medium EVOO and is a great all-purpose oil, use it for cooking and raw for salads and drizzling or just dip with fresh crusty bread.
Frantoio is an Italian, Tuscan varietal with characteristic green grass and herb aromas and flavours.
Again this year our Frantoio was awarded a Gold medal and was described by the judges as "Beautiful green aromas of herbs, kale, rocket and radicchio with good transfer to palate with complex fruits. The lingering flavours are delightful. A variety of flavours, good balance and persistence"
