Our 2025 Fruity Leccino is a mild EVOO perfect for salad dressings, fish and steamed veggies or use instead of butter for baking.
Leccino is an Italian, Tuscan varietal with aromas and flavours of fresh fruity olives and a peppery finish.
This year there is a very limited volume, it is similar to last years Leccino in taste and flavour with fresh aromas with a hint of grass and sweet, fresh vegetables and fruits which transfers well on a fresh palate.  Fruits linger on the palate with a clean mouthfeel. Good levels of bitterness & pungency with a harmonious finish with long persistence.  Due to having such a small volume of this oil we did not enter it in the 2025 WA Olive Awards.
