This is the all-time favourite, so versatile, use it straight on a salad, drizzle over green beans and broccoli and perfect with seafood.  It has an intense zesty lemon aroma which transfers to the palate with a mild peppery finish.
This year we entered our Lemon Pressed oil and it was awarded a Gold medal and described by the judges "appealing and distinct lemon aroma with olive leaf notes in a fresh oil. Lemon transfers well with a very smooth mouthfeel. Soft bitterness and pungency complements the lemonin a warm finish".
