Our 2025 Pendolino is a medium EVOO which is a good all-rounder use for salads and cooking.
 
Pendolino is an Tuscan varietal with a soft herbaceous aroma that transfer to the flavour with a firm pepper finish.
This year we entered our Pendolino and it awarded a Silver medal and was described by the judges as "Mild grassy hints with some fresh candy notes. Good transfer onto palate and a butteriness develops with a smooth mouthfeel. Low bitterness with mild, late peppery persistence. A good, balanced delicate oil"
