Our 2026 Pendolino is a medium EVOO which is a good all-rounder use for salads and cooking.

Pendolino is an Tuscan varietal. This year our Pendolino was awarded a Premium Gold medal and described by the judges as,  "Wonderful fresh aromas of herbs, guava and meadow grass are complemented by the sweetness of red apple. The flavours transfer beautifully to the palate, with vibrant rocket character developing alongside delicate bitterness and pungency. Well balanced and complex, with a warm, lingering peppery finish"
