In collaboration with WA Yuzu we have crushed our certified biodynamic olives with these amazingly fragrant Yuzus.
The resulting olive oil is highly aromatic with a flavour combination reminiscent of lemon, grapefruit and a hint of mandarin orange.

Pair with seafood, fish, fresh vegetables, Japanese style salads or use to bake your favourite olive oil cake.
